First off, I called not knowing he was closed as I didn't know what his service hours were since a friend had sent me the number, however, he answered still and provided me with a quote and explained everything to me and we made an appointment with him for the next day. I was pretty much available all day so I provided him with some hours and said whatever works best for him. He called me and kept me updated on when he was arriving and showed up and immediately got to working on my car. He did a fantastic job with tinting my car and I'm glad I chose him to do it.

Amazing work!!

I moved from California about a year ago and bought a TX vehicle a few month's ago. One of the items that was bugging me was that the dealers in Texas place their dealership lettered logos on the bumper. (CA dealers only advertise on their license plate frames)
I called Kustom tint as I was looking for someone to remove the raised lettering dealer logos while maintaining the integrity of the paint.

Two of the previous tinting services i had called were not willing to do that type of work. The owner from Kustom tint indicated he could do the work and so I asked for availability. He indicated he could come out to my address that same day. He gave me an eta and called to inform me he would be a bit late when his previous appointment ran long.

When he arrived he went right to work and had the lettering off in no time. Unfortunately the dealership glue was even stronger than factory emblem glue and some of the paint came off with the emblem. Much to my surprise he indicated that not only would he not be charging for his service call but he would also take care of repainting the impacted area.

This all took place on a Saturday evening. He called his body shop and promised to keep me informed as to when they could fit me in to take care of the issue. He called me Sunday to let me know he would have a definitive answer when the shop opened on Monday. True to his word he let me know I could take it in as early as Tuesday morning. I dropped the vehicle off that Tuesday morning and they had the work complete by the end of the day. The car looks as good as new.

That evening Kustom tint followed up with me to verify that I was satisfied with the paint. I'm impressed with the follow though. This is someone who was getting zero dollars out of this transaction and yet he was noticeably concerned with his work product and character of his word. If he treats non-paying customers in this way, I can only imagine how he treats his paying customers.

My husband and I have used Kustom Window Tint for all of our vehicles since 2012. We have always been more than satisfied with the service, workmanship and affordability. Mr. Ibarra provides better service and quality work than any other tint service weve used before. He has come to our place of work and home to tint our windows on our vehicles. He offers many levels of tint and always ensures that our tint is legal. As of date he has provided us with excellent service for the last 7 vehicles weve owned and we will only use Kustom Window Tint for our Window tinting needs.

Very satisfied with their service! They came out to my house, which is amazing, especially having little kids I dont have to take with me to get it done. Amazing work!!

I moved from California about a year ago and bought a TX vehicle a few month's ago. One of the items that was bugging me was that the dealers in Texas place their dealership lettered logos on the bumper. (CA dealers only advertise on their license plate frames)
I called Kustom tint as I was looking for someone to remove the raised lettering dealer logos while maintaining the integrity of the paint.

Two of the previous tinting services i had called were not willing to do that type of work. The owner from Kustom tint indicated he could do the work and so I asked for availability. He indicated he could come out to my address that same day. He gave me an eta and called to inform me he would be a bit late when his previous appointment ran long.

When he arrived he went right to work and had the lettering off in no time. Unfortunately the dealership glue was even stronger than factory emblem glue and some of the paint came off with the emblem. Much to my surprise he indicated that not only would he not be charging for his service call but he would also take care of repainting the impacted area.

This all took place on a Saturday evening. He called his body shop and promised to keep me informed as to when they could fit me in to take care of the issue. He called me Sunday to let me know he would have a definitive answer when the shop opened on Monday. True to his word he let me know I could take it in as early as Tuesday morning. I dropped the vehicle off that Tuesday morning and they had the work complete by the end of the day. The car looks as good as new.

That evening Kustom tint followed up with me to verify that I was satisfied with the paint. I'm impressed with the follow though. This is someone who was getting zero dollars out of this transaction and yet he was noticeably concerned with his work product and character of his word. If he treats non-paying customers in this way, I can only imagine how he treats his paying customers.

Barney did a great job coming out to our home and tinting our westside storm door and four westside windows with high quality dark Nano ceramic tint. While we can now easily look outside through the tint, folks outside of our home cannot see us through the tint. In addition, the tint filters out the bright sunlight and heat energy, and this is especially good to reduce the heat buildup between our storm door and our wooden front door.

Did the tint on my huband's challenger. Although he did show up much later then the originally agreed upon time, he got the job done much faster than anyone else who has ever tinted our vehicles at any given shop. I guess the timing is understandable when you consider he has to travel as much as he does from client to client.
